The Copper Fish - Open in November, 2010, The Copper Fish is the newest creation of John Yarnall and his restaurant family. Fresh fish (filet and whole) crab, oysters, and lobsters are available for home preparation, or cooked to your specification using a wood fired oven, grill or rotisserie. A broad selection of sauces and rubs are available to compliment your selection. You may also choose to dine in our full-service dining area, or at our raw bar. The Copper Fish is closely associated with our Thyme Market and patrons may order off either, or both menus depending on which they prefer.
