John Yarnall opened the Thyme Market four years ago to provide his customers a take home option with the same quality of food found in their It's About Thyme restaurant. With culinary oversight being provided by Head Chef, Joclyn Yarnall, she is ably supported by Thyme Market manager Connie East. Having joined the Yarnall family in 1997, Connie managed the front of the house as It's About Thyme before moving over to the Thyme Market as its manager. The market boasts featured daily entree offerings, and an array of gourmet sandwich options complimented by a variety of delicious sides. In addition to a full suite of tasty desserts and authentic brick-oven pizza selections, Thyme Market makes their "on-demand" gourmet options the option for an evening at home with dinner solved!
